ROGER BRADY
Roger has a Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Civil) Degree, plus additional Diploma Qualifications in Sales, Marketing and Project Management. Roger is responsible for the management, policy and direction of Pinnacle Underlay, specifically sales and marketing. This includes developing exports with strategic partners.

ANDY WOOLHOUSE
Andy has a B.Sc Forestry with Honours. He is passionate about the environment and has spent his whole life working on projects where business progress is in harmony with the best environmental practices, enhancing the local environment and improving the lives of those living nearby. Andy’s role is to provide general management experience and environmental expertise to the board.
SURINDAR NANUA
Surindar is the 'technical wizard' behind the product development, fine tuning, manufacturing and quality control for Pinnacle Underlay. His idustry experience is enormous and his ability to create new products hugely valuable.

GRANT TOOMER
Grant has more than 35 years experience achieving outstanding results in sales. As Manager for Fuji Xerox in the Bay of Plenty he has trained and managed some of the most successful salespeople in New Zealand and is a key member of the Pinnacle team. Grant is responsible for sales and spends his time on the road providing the personal touch and good old fashioned face-to-face customer service.

PATRICK BRADY
Patrick takes great pride in running our manufacturing plant in the most cost-efficient and sustainable manner and has worked really hard to learn new management skills. He also takes care of quality control and, like Chris and Paul, can operate any work station around the plant.

Along with Patrick and Paul, Chris does all the hard work in our factory and is skilled in the operation of any work station around the plant. Chris has been with us from the start and has played a key role in the smooth running of our operation. Without his help we wouldn't be able to make New Zealand's best environmentally-friendly rubber underlay!
PAUL HANCOCK
Paul helps Patrick and Chris with all the hard work in our factory. Although Paul is the newest member of our team, he has proved to be a quick learner and embraced our multi-skilled philosophy around the plant. He helps us make New Zealand's best sustainable rubber underlay!
